It really is nice to have everything organized right where you need it.

In this quilting series I will be teaching you how to make a quilt from start to finish. That includes, showing how to pick the pieces for your quilt and how to sew them together. I will also show you how to sew the blocks together, add small borders to increase the length of the quilt and add a larger border all around the quilt.
Additionally, I will be showing you how to piece the backing, and how to get the quilt ready for quilting. In this series, we will also learn how to free motion quilt a design on our quilt, square it up and bind it. I hope you enjoy this quilting adventure and I look forward to seeing your beautiful creations as well.

I have had the pleasure of making 2 Harry Potter quilts, using a technique called paper piecing. I found this to be quite challenging but the end result is just amazing!
